Threads

A thread is a connected run of posts you can reorder before publishing and continue later.

  1. In the composer, add a second post to the same draft. Keep adding to build the run.
  2. Drag to reorder any of them before publishing.
  3. Publish. The thread posts as one connected series.
  4. To continue it later, open your own last post and reply to it from your account.

Reading long threads

Thread Summaries, a Surf Vision toggle, give the gist of a long thread without reading every reply. They appear once a thread has at least five replies. Comment Themes group a post's replies by the topics people raised, and Debate Mode shows where replies agree and disagree.

Collaborative threads

On Sapphire Pro and above, a thread can be written with other people. Up to five collaborators share one workspace, each writing their own segments of up to 2,000 characters, and the thread publishes as a single piece.

Thread Copilot

Also Pro and above. Copilot suggests how to finish or sharpen a post while you write it. It is a suggestion in the composer, never an automatic edit, and it is a toggle.
