What it will not do.
We do not train models on your content, and our agreements with the providers behind these features prohibit them from doing so either. Your end-to-end encrypted conversations are excluded entirely: we hold only ciphertext, so there is nothing to send.
None of it is mandatory. Every feature is a switch, the daily allowance is visible in your settings, and turning the whole thing off leaves the rest of Surf working exactly as it did.
