Why we're building Surf.
The platforms most of us grew up on quietly changed the deal. The feed stopped serving you and started serving whoever paid to reach you. The algorithm became a black box. Your data became the product.
Surf is our answer: an ad-free platform where you control the algorithm, your conversations are private, and creators are ranked on merit. The same formats you love, threads, posts, Shorts, Stories, and Spaces, without the parts working against you.
