Drafts sync across your devices, and scheduled posts publish themselves at a time you choose.
Drafts
Save any post in progress as a draft. Drafts sync across devices, so a post started on a phone can be finished on a laptop.
Scheduling
Instead of posting now, pick a time. Everything queued is managed in Settings, then Scheduled, where it can be edited, rescheduled or cancelled before it goes out.
